When can I check in my bike?
The transition area is open on Saturday morning from 6:30 till 8:00 and from 10:00 till 11:00. You will find the entire schedule here.
When is the briefing?
Briefing in English is at Střelecký island from 17:30, in Czech from 18:30.
When can I pick my race package?
You can pick up your package on Friday 26th July in Vítězná street from 10:00 – 20:00 or on Saturday from 6:30 till 10:00 (for TRY-ATHLON only till 7:00).
Is wetsuit mandatory?
- At water temperatures below 16 °C wetsuits are mandatory
- At water temperatures of 24.6 °C wetsuits are not allowed
- At water temperatures below 12 ° C, swimming is cancelled
- Carrying the swim cap issued by the organizer mandatory (it is possible to have your own swimming cap under)
We recommend wearing wetsuits as the water temperature was historically in average about 17 °C. Wetsuits are NOT mandatory in CHALLENGETRY-ATHLON
Where can I park?
Due to the location of the center of the race and the EXPO right in the historical center of Prague (Vítězná Street), the organizer is unable to provide parking spaces for the participants. We therefore strongly recommend that you use public transport. The nearest tram stop is Ujezd (trams No. 12, 15, 20) and the National Theater (trams No. 17, 18, 22)
Free parking around the race on 27th July are in the following streets: Plaská, Mělnická, Petřínská, Zborovská, Vodní, Malátova, Pavla Švanda from Semčice, Arbesovo náměstí, Štefánikova, Kořenský, Matoušova, Kinsky, Zubatý, Drtinov, Holeček. Also, i tis possible to park in the nearby Nový Smíchov (free parking only for the first 5 hours).
